HydroVac Pilot Acceptance Criteria

The job checklist applies these criteria to saved closeout, approval, report, and invoice preview records.

  1. Criterion 01

    Hours

    Positive hours are saved on a closed closeout.

  2. Criterion 02

    Materials

    Every saved material row has a valid name, positive quantity, and unit. No rows is not applicable.

  3. Criterion 03

    Equipment

    At least one valid equipment usage row is saved on a closed closeout.

  4. Criterion 04

    Customer signature

    Customer approval evidence is saved as a signature, persisted confirmation, or approval through the public review link.

  5. Criterion 05

    Work report

    The final operational report is saved.

  6. Criterion 06

    Invoice preview

    A valid quantity-only preview is saved and consistent with the closeout, with billable hours and equipment.
